Chief
Financial Officer
Malta | €65,000 - €75,000
An
excellent opportunity as a Chief Financial Officer is currently
available with an established group of companies.
As a Chief Financial Officer, you will be reporting to the CEO and you
will also be actively involved at a strategic level.
Responsibilities:
v Managing the preparation
of the monthly accounts by the pre- established deadline
v Coordinating and directing
the preparation of the annual budget
v Completing balance sheet
reviews at least monthly for the company under consideration highlighting and
managing risks to the business
v Presenting a monthly
Financial Pack within the pre-established deadlines and Coordinating and
issuing of financial forecasts
v Developing long term
financial projections in line with the growth of the Group
v Managing the preparation
of VAT returns and other statutory reporting
v Reporting financial
results and projections to the Board of Directors
v Daily cashflow management
v Involvement in
new projects and investments undertaken by the company on both a financial
and strategic level
Skill-sets and Requirements
v A minimum of 7 years local
previous experience in a similar role within a similar industry
v You must be an organised,
driven and passionate individual
v Capable of leading and
motivating the team into the right direction
v Results-oriented,
strategic thinker and planner
v Managing change with
minimum disruption
v Being assertive, resilient
and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Education & Experience
- A
fully qualified & CPA Warranted Accountant
- Excellent
communication skills in English & Maltese
