Job Description
We are looking for
"Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning Technician" for our client.
Responsibilities
v
Learn locations of all HVAC equipment and how they relate to
production of mushrooms.
v
Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment i.e., Chillers, Pumps,
Hot water heater, steam generators, Air Handling Units and their relevant
components i.e., valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters etc.
v
Learn basics of equipment management controls to be able to
start, stop, seek status or change conditions on HVAC systems.
v
Make rounds of all equipment rooms/areas and identify and repair
any potential problems and keep the systems and rooms and area clean.
v
Must be able to replace bearings and mechanical seals on
centrifugal pumps, change bearings on fan systems, motors and pumps shafts.
v
Must be familiar with the operation of Air Handling Units and
repair any potential problems.
v
Must be able to service, Chiller, Hot water heater,
centrifugal pumps, and Steam generators.
v
Perform any other duties that may be assigned as required.
Required
Qualification & Skills
v
Previous knowledge of mushroom production is
not necessary.
v
Diploma in associate engineering (DAE) in
Electrical/Mechanical or RACT or related field.
v
A minimum of 1 year of job experience with a focus in
troubleshooting HVAC equipment and control systems
v
Hands on experience of repairing and maintenance of HVAC
Equipment and their controlling systems
v
Possesses a curious mindset
v
Possesses a willingness to accept new work that is out of
their comfort zone when the need arises
v
Hand on experience of HVAC equipment and control systems.
